Earls Court and Olympia play host to some of the largest parties held in the
UK. Over the years these have included the annual BRIT awards, The L’Oreal
Colour Awards and, most recently, the Carphone Warehouse staff party for
6,000 guests.

No two events are ever alike and Leith’s works very closely with the client to
ensure the event is faultless, from the initial meeting to ascertain the brief,
to menus tastings with the Executive Head Chef, choosing china, glassware and
linen, through to the day of the event and the last guest's departure.
Previous briefs have included ‘The Best of British’, where we used the finest
British produce available and some of the best known British dishes, and
‘The Snow Ball’, where the food had an Alpine theme.
From lunch bags for 12,000 delegates to a Gala dinner for 3,500, we will rise
to each and every challenge.
Starter
Butternut soup with an oriental noodle salad and oyster sauce dressing,
sesame seed straw. Various breads with balsamic and oil.
Main Course
Confit of Duck served with plum jus bubble and squeak potato cake,
sautéed bok choy, ribbon carrots and oriental mushrooms.

Pithivier of mixed mushrooms, asparagus and sweet potato with smoked
paprika sauce.
Pudding
Shot glass of blueberry lemon smoothie with a brandy snap basket of
strawberries and raspberries. Quenelle of clotted cream.
