Finger & Fork Buffets


For an all inclusive price of £22.50 + VAT per person. Includes a selection of meat, fish and vegetarian finger sandwiches.

The Finger Buffet menus are based on a minimum of 20 people. For numbers of less than 20 a supplement of £5.00 pp will be charged

Menu 2 - £37.50

Hot
Braised lamb with root vegetables, topped with boulangère potatoes, chicken, smoked sausage and bean cassoulet, roasted herb new potatoes

Cold
Poached salmon with dill and pernod mayonnaise

Vegetarian
Harrissa vegetable tagine with minted couscous

Salads
Penne pasta with roasted mediterranean vegetables, beef tomato, red onion and basil salad, dressed mixed green leaves, country breads

Pudding
Chocolate chip cheesecake and blueberry compote. Coffee and chocolates

Hot
Braised pork casserole with tomatoes, apricots and preserved lemon, roast cod loin parsley and thyme crumble, buttered new potatoes

Cold
Corn-fed chicken with sun-blushed tomatoes, black olive tapenade

Vegetarian
Vegetable filo ‘money bags’ with tomato & coriander salsa

Salads
New potatoes, Kalamato olives & flat parsley salad, coleslaw with raisins & chervil, country breads

Pudding
Baileys and white chocolate brûlée with coconut short bread. Coffee and chocolates
